Bea's career began in the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic after she appeared in small roles on Irish and British television shows beginning in the year 2009. Aisling Claiodhnadh Sullivan was born on the 16th of March, 1984 in Kildare, County Kildare. Bea's father Brian died when he was just three years old. He was an equine veterinarian. Bea wasn't told the details of how he passed before she reached the age of 13. As a way to honor the man she loved, Bea chose the stage-name Bea and in 2017 published an article on suicides in the family she was raised by for The Guardian. Bea (and her sister Sinead) were raised within the home of Helen Moloney, who was a school educator and jockey trainer who was also a professional jockey. The family was awed by racing, horses as well as the race industry. Bea was a guide for the Irish National Stud in her young years.
